Thoughts: From this episode, I think I would most likely try the Aveda Dry Remedy oil and the Kerastase Resistance Ciment Thermique  because my hair is quite dry. Most of these items I have not heard of prior to watching this episode so I am glad they mentioned products I've never seen before. I think it is important to take care of your hair as part of your daily regimen and not to over-do it on the heat styling. If you do heat-style I recommend getting a heat protectant spray or milk to protect your hair form damage.
